Online Pilates Classes

Elevate your Pilates practice from home with live, interactive online classes designed to help you feel stronger, more mobile, and deeply connected to your body. 

Emily teaches live online Pilates classes every Wednesday and Saturday morning via Zoom.

Wednesdays – Pilates with Props

09:30 – 10:15 (Online, 45 minutes)

A focused 45 minute online Pilates session designed to elevate your practice through the use of carefully selected props. Each class introduces a different piece of equipment to enhance resistance, refine technique, and challenge stability, helping you connect more deeply with your body from home.

Props may include the Pilates ball, magic circle, resistance bands, weights, or foam roller. However, all exercises can be adapted, so you can still enjoy a challenging and effective full-body workout without any equipment.

Saturdays – Full Body Pilates

09:15 – 10:15 (Online, 60 minutes)

A dynamic 60-minute online Pilates session designed to strengthen, lengthen, and rebalance your entire body. This full-body class focuses on building core strength, stability, mobility, and body awareness, leaving you feeling strong and energised from home.

Expect a thoughtful blend of classical and contemporary Pilates exercises, carefully programmed to improve posture, increase flexibility, and develop overall strength and control.
