Join Emily & Alice for a restorative stretch and sound session at the beautiful Seven Lion Yard in Clapham. 

The session will begin with a mini guided meditation, followed by an hour of gentle stretches guided by Emily, as Alice plays the crystal bowls. When movement and sound are weaved together, they amplify each other – physically, mentally and emotionally. 

The frequency of the bowls will guide your brain and your body into a more relaxed and grounded state, so you can go deeper into each posture and release any tension.
